Final Story Version

Below are the final version of the story. At a later date this will be separated efficiently into bullet points and put into three initial dummy books. Doing this will allow me to begin the process  of planning out boxes and panels for my three short stories to go into.

Storm Walking
The story begins with a middle aged, yellow coloured dog waking up. After some time he falls back to sleep, upon a large double bed. Moment later a young girl walks back through the downstairs door returning home from college. Realizing his owner was home the dogs ears perked up attentively, and once his owner shouts his name " MAX! " he leaps off of the bed and tried to run through the house and down the stairs as quickly as possible. In a moments notice the canines practically runs full speed into the girls legs, knocking her over onto the floor and laying over her with his tail wagging. Cuddling her 'puppy' for a short while she finally gets up and goes to retrieve his lead. Putting the now hyperactive dog on his lead, it's evident that it's raining outside, and getting worse by the minute. Against all the odds, and not caring much how bad the rain will get the pair walk out the door, and start to walk down the road. Venturing down the country lanes and past fields a sudden strike of lightening hits and the previously calmly walking dog starts to freak out. Terrified the dog 'screams' and sprints forward into a nearby field, into the field were the pair were actually trying to head too. Whilst he was running around in the pouring rain and lightening, another crash of lightening send him into another panic where by he starts to run back to the girl. Running once again into her legs, the girl almost growls at him and starts moaning at the dog since he's soaking. Several moments pass and the pair both decide to hide under a nearby tree in attempt to get dry. LIGHTNING! second by second another lightening strikes and thunder roars, whilst Max continues to get more scared and starts to freak out again. Breaking free from the girls grip he starts to run home. Though not for long as he is soon put back on his lead. More and more thunder and lightening as the pair start to run home. Passing house by house one old lady is seen looking through her window about to close her curtains. Seeing the pair outside her jaw literally drops open in amazement that someone is actually outside in such weather. Reaching home, they both run through the door, falling over each other and giving each other a comical look. Trying to relax and be glad their both out of the rain Max stands. Widened eyes of the girl glare at him and shout " NO! " as he starts to shake. The girl getting soaked she continues to glare at her dog, as he sits down and leans against her 'smiling'. It ends with her turning to him and calling him an arse.

Cat Trouble
It starts with Max asleep near the door, completely content and happy he's being given the ability to relax. Showing the sun outside he yawns slightly, and rolls over onto his back. After a while he hears hissing outside and his eyes shoot open. As more hissing is coming from outside Max jumps up at the door and see's a brown cat and a fat ginger fluffy cat sitting outside. Watching out the window at the cats Max stands shocked at the fact they're actually in 'his' garden. As the fish in the pond continue to swim around somewhat scared of the cats glaring at them, Max starts to jump up at the door barking. Moving back to the cats they start to argue about who's garden it is, if it's owned by the brown cat, or by the ginger cat. As they do this the fist start to grow even more scared whilst Max continues to bark and 'shout' at the door. As the fish start asking for help Max bursts through the door running outside towards the two cats who begin to hiss at the angry dog. As Max almost runs into the two cats to 'break' up their argument. Both cats run away terrified and Max walks away proud. Retuning to his spot and trying to go back to sleep near the door, he awakens moments later to more hissing and 'screaming' outside. Looking back at the door and looking towards the decking, Max see's the two cats fighting again about " this is my land " on the decking. Once again Max starts barking and runs out towards the cats the brown cat runs and jumps on top of the fence, whilst the fat ginger cat gets stuck in a much smaller hole in the fence. Max starts growling, whilst the brown cats starts hysterically laughing at the now stuck ginger cat. The brown cat starts to mock the stuck one, but the ginger one starts laughing to whilst still being stuck. Max growls and then he gets an idea. Jumping up at the fence, Falling from off the top of the fence, the brown cat falls down onto the decking and freaks out. Max chases the cat around the garden, growling and barking at the cat. The fish watch as the ginger cat laughs, now trying to slide through the fence. The brown cat out smarts Max and slips through the gate leading out of the garden. As the cat realizes he's not out the way, he starts to laugh and then turns around to sit down, facing Max. The Brown cat grins and stick it's finger up at Max through the gate.

The Holiday
It starts with Max being left with Lisa. His owner, the girl says goodbye and hugs him before leaving to go on holiday. Sad that she's leaving Max runs and jumps up at the window looking out trying to see where his friend is going. Moments later a different dog appears next to Max, a Charles King Cavalier, typically white and brown in colour. Due to he sudden appearance it scares Max out his ' fur '. Another one appears the other side of him, another Charles King Cavalier brown and black in colour. Turning due to the awkward situation, Max lurks out slowly away from the two mysteriously quiet dogs. Missing his owner Max shakes it off, heading off into the garden to mess around in the new open space of grass and leaves. Accidentally falling over he suddenly see's a familiar sight in the distance, A Chicken called Stella. Shocked to see his old friend, he runs towards her grinning. As they both hug, a sound from inside catches Max's ear. His food bowl was being filled with biscuits. Letting go of Stella and running back into the house, he literally tackles the food bowl whilst the chicken slowly limps into the house. As the pair share Max's food the chicken gets tired and starts to walk away. As Max turns and watches Stella as she walks away he notices her limping and asked what's happened to her foot. As Stella explains Lisa accidentally cut off her foot in the door Max looks in shock horror at her continuing to limp away. Out of no where Tilly appears once again with her weird, cross eyes. Both Max and the Chicken seem to be creeped out by the appearance of Tilly. Max slightly looks down at the chicken and ask's about her strange eyes, making silly comments at each other they both suddenly gets growled at. Shrugging it off they two run and limp out into the garden to play. As they play the sun starts to come down outside and then turns to night. Realizing the time the duo head inside to sleep in Max's dog bed. Curled up together they fall asleep next to each other. The next day the two play happily while Tilly sits inside growling at the two having fun. The next day it shows the two playing again, and the next day it shows the two sleeping. The next day it shows the pair playing again and the next day it shows Max licking the chicken. The day after the two watch the fish and the day after it shows the two running around. It forwards to the next day where Max is trying to make chicken noises and then to the next day where the two are eating food. The next day Max wakes up and Lisa comes into the kitchen saying " You're going home today ! ". With Max happy and the chicken being happy that Max his happy the door knocks. As Max starts to bark and the Stella clucks the front door opens. In the door way, Max's owner stands with her arms wide open and shouting " MAX! ". Ecstatic, Max runs forward and jumps on the girl cuddling her. Turning, Max waves at his friend and waves goodbye saying " See you soon! " and the chicken waves back.
R.I.P Stella.
